This was my first visit to Whittington Eye Care and it was amazing! I was able to get an appointment within three days of the date I called. They have the most advanced technology I have ever seen in any office. They were able to take photos of my retinas and determine my eye health was excellent! All I had to do was look into the machine! My doctor was Dr. Jennifer and I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She listened vey carefully regarding the issues I have with getting the correct lenses I need for my eyes (which is complicated by allergies). She not only understood but was able to explain these issues in detail so I better understood them. This was the best experience with eye care that I have ever had! I will certainly use them for all my vision needs in the future. I was also very impressed with the the glasses selection and the young lady who helped me choose frames. She assisted me in choosing the best fit and style of frame for my face. (I never get that right on my own : ). I left in record time and felt very confident about the frame choice!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Whittington for several years. We have always been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the doctors and staff. The use of state of the art technology allow for more thorough exams in less time. I suppose that's what allowed them time to explain my condition to my satisfaction. From arrival to ordering frames took less than one hour and in only a few business days, the quality of glasses I received justified my confidence in these folks. Professional, friendly and well run organization.

My eye exam was thorough and well explained. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I was struggling to find a good eye doctor, but that search is over. I anticipate being a happy patient here for many years.

I have to take a moment and brag on the staff who helped us today. They are always kind, helpful and patient esp. with my daughter. Today Mila did not need glasses, but as I purchased mine, one of the associates (Kelsey) maybe? I hope I got her name right- helped us check out. She could tell my daughter was itching to wear a pair of girly frames. She got her a pair of fake pink frames and it made her day. As we were checking out another associated gave her a bag, stickers, and a treat. I really just want to say thank you for your kindness and helping my 4-year-old have pleasant experiences at the doctor! She is never afraid or scared to come! Today she feels like she won the lottery at Whittington Eye Care with her goodies. Thank you!(:

For my 9 year old son, this was a pleasant even. The staff and doctor were very friendly and inviting.
We especially like Dr. Jennifer. She explained everything clearly and made the exams fun. We are so
thankful for this office and the great people who work there.

I had a wonderful experience at Whittington Eye Care, the doctors and staff are taking precautions to
make sure their patients are safe in the midst this pandemic. I was very impressed with Dr. Jennifer, she
went above and beyond to find a treatment plan for an ongoing eye issue I have been dealing with. In
addition, I got a great new pair of glasses, they had a large selection of frames to choose from and were
very knowledgeable about what lenses worked best for my needs and they billed my insurance!!! My
overall experience was a 10/10 would recommend.

My eye appointment was done by such professionals from the moment I walked in until I left. They are
taking all health precautions due to Covid. My doctor took her time to explain what she saw. The office
staff was friendly and attentive.

While Whittington Eye Care Associates is a little out of the way for me, I would drive even farther to be a patient there if I had to. Super friendly staff. Easy to make appointments. No long wait for appointment after checking in. Dr. Jeff is so knowledgeable and explains everything to me. Never feel rushed in and out during my appointment time.

I have been coming to Dr. Whittington for as long as I can remember. Dr. Sandy is AMAZING with children!! She has seen both of my daughters since they were one year old. The doctors and staff are very kind and extremely helpful. We love the new renovations to their office!

Every doctor in the practice is wonderful, you can’t go wrong no matter which doctor you see. The staff in the office is always friendly and helpful and the office runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone there are genuinely good and kind people.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Whittington's entire office. Their staff is always so helpful and friendly and the doctors themselves are incredible! I've been a patient here since I was 6 months old and I definitely do not plan on changing anytime soon! Dr. Sandy is phenomenal with children as well. I high recommend them.

All the eye doctors are excellent but Dr. Mark Whittington is our favorite. All staff members go above and beyond to make your visit great. And I mean ALL from the front receptionist, the pre-eye screenings, check out and we can't leave out the gals over in the full service eye wear and contact store (attached in the same location for convenience). Highly recommend going here if you are local! They know the meaning of "Excellent Customer Service"!

Dr. Sandi sees me and my son - she is great with kids and very kind to moms who have to bring their kiddos along when they have their own appts. My husband and my parents and grandparents are also patients. Couldn’t think of going anywhere else. I am so glad their kids are joining the practice to keep the office going for many more years to come.

I've been coming to Whittington Eye Care for the past three years. My visits have always been very pleasant: everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful. I specifically see Dr. Jennifer Stevens. She is always a delight to talk to; she's great about answering questions and explaining her reasoning behind whatever treatment or prescription you receive. I’ve never left an office feeling like I did yesterday morning. I scheduled a first-time patient appointment for 6am and every single staff member was kind, accommodation, professional, and genuinely happy. Kudos Dr. Whittington! From the location of their explanation of the eye exam to the cleanliness of the office this was 5-star quality experience. I was more than happy with my experience at Whittington Eye Care. My exam was thorough, Dr. Mark
was so polite and informative and the staff was very friendly. I was actually seen before my appointment

My family (6) have been patients of Jeff and Sandy for 30 years. We drive close to an hour to continue our exams. We have all had excellent service and quality care. We have had emergency eye needs that were quickly met. We feel secure and much relieve that Sandy and Jeff always has our well being as their priority. Our family is blessed to have them care for us!

I was completely blown away by the care that I was given. I am now a lifetime patient…..the staff are amazing, they are warm inviting, caring and I just felt like I had been a patient forever.
